We have a symposium here at G.D this week.  We host four a year. My slight problem is that we have people who come back to a few of them and as I cook for these groups I have to make sure I cook different things. The great thing about being the vegetable gardener here is that I can grow fruit and vegetables to be ready in time for the symposium. The other great thing is that I am very seasonal and so the food has to be different through the year because things are ready at different times. WE still have a very good crop of chard.
