Land Cress

We planted American Land Cress in the autumn to see what it would do as a winter crop for us, it was great, it had a strong pepper taste but not too strong that it takes over everything, it kept growing all the way through, we did have problem in the early spring when the pigeons had nothing else to eat, it had to have a cover over it, it ran to seed two weeks ago so we have cut it back, I hope that we will be able to start eating it again soon.
